I had a craving for Spanish rice which is really rare as I really don’t eat very much rice, but here it is late on a Sunday night and that is all I want! So I made up a healthy style with a kick! I have fallen in love with Frank’s Red Hot Sauce! We just bought some for the first time at Costco and it is so amazing! Seriously one of the best flavors I have tasted when it comes to hot sauce and getting some heat without your eyes watering- perfect scenario for me! This was very easy to make and it made enough for the week. Put it in a container and store in the fridge for whenever you get that craving for Spanish rice. I may throw some eggs on top for tomorrow’s breakfast…
